A) Featured businesses are generally booked months in advance. Priority is given to advertisers. Download a copy of the questions from the website and e-mail them when you get a chance. If we have it on file we will schedule the feature or we may use it if someone misses a deadline.

Q) How can I receive Our Towne?

A) Our Towne is mailed to most residents of Guilderland.. You can e-mail your address and we will add you to our ad hoc list or you can pick it up at many local businesses.

Q) Can I write an article for Our Towne?

A) Our Towne is a direct-mail marketing vehicle. If you would like to utilize your space to print an article that is acceptable.

Q) Why should I advertise in Our Towne?

A) If you do business in Guilderland, Our Towne is mailed to your 15,000 closest potential customers on a monthly basis. By providing readers with relative local information Our Towne is read. You will not find a more affordable advertising vehicle in Guilderland.

If you were to send a large postcard to your 15,000 closest neighbors it would cost you $3000+. For $2400 you could place a half-page color ad for 12 months in Our Towne.

Q) Can I add my event to the Community Calendar?

A) Please e-mail your Community events and we will add them to the calendar. Sorry, if your business is having a Sale it is not a Community Event!

Q) Do you offer any discounts or specials?

A) We offer discounts and specials fairly often. If you would like to be added to our monthly e-mail list which announces specials and upcoming deadlines send us an e-mail with Specials E-mail in the subject line.
